Meeting The O'Neal

Well where do I Start? Jay and I Started Dating in June of 1996 when I was 17 and he was 19. My dad's best friend introduced us and I was pretty sure after a few short weeks that he was the one. He was tall, handsome and exceptionally smart. Every time I looked at him I couldn't help but think he was totally perfect. (okay I did not write all of that, I was on the phone) and just a little bit stuck on his self!!! Back to the story, in November of 1996 my Grandmother passed away, and then the following April I lost my Father. Jay was right beside me the whole time and I knew that God had placed him in my life for a reason. After dating for a little over 2 years we were married. Two weeks before we had been married for a year we found out that we were going to parents for the first time. Monica was born in 2000 followed by JaySea in 2004. We now spend most of our time with the kids. As they get older there is so much stuff that they want to do like Monica has taken vocal for 4 years and played soccer for 4 year also she played her first season of basketball and baseball this year. Jaysea also played soccer, blast ball and will be starting basketball in December. Monica is a third grader at Orvis Risner, and JaySea just started Pre-k this fall at Holy Trinity. ( I know her salvation is on the line but what do you do with a birthday on September 2nd and the cut off for Edmond Public Schools Pre-K being September 1st) Since JaySea was born I have been a stay at home mom I love it and would not change it for anything in the world. Now that both kids are in school I started working at JaySea's school just for something to do and I LOVE it. I'm home when they are home so it's works out perfectly. My hobbies include scrap booking when I find time vacationing with my family blogging, and facebooking. I love Celebrate Recovery and am very involved in this program that I think everyone could benefit from. This program it is not just about addictions to drugs but there are groups for everything you struggle with in your life including your walk with Christ. (if you want to know my story just ask I will share with anyone who will listen its just too long to type here!) Oh yeah before I was a Stay at home mom I was hairstylist for 9 years, and Jay was a auto mechanic but with his bad knees he decided to do something else.( thank you brother Willie for pushing him off of a trampoline) He is now an outside Sales rep for Napa Auto Parts, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children and planning his next vacation. He enjoys the beach ( if I had to pick his favorite place the beach would be it)and the outdoors. Well that about sums it up for the O'Neal family, we are just an average family trying to make the right choices in life and enjoy our girls before they grow up! If you would like to be the family of the week next week please send me an email packman3@att.net

(Darin sorry I spelled your name wrong in a earlier post)

Tune in tomorrow for this weeks family feature!!!

Todays Breakfast collection

the breakfast cost us 30$ a week for the pigs and the doughnuts and muffins... the weeks that Brown is out of town we only get doughnuts in which we only pay 20$ some times he does not even charge us!!! the soda runs any where from 40$ to 80$ depending on if I can find it on sale.. so that is roughly 200.00 to 250.00 a month I'm still trying to find a good way to collect sometimes we get a good amount and others we hardly cover one day.. Also I have noticed that the drinks seam to go quickly I have a pretty good idea why... their is a sixth grade class in our class room on Wednesday nights I have decided that I will try to find a way to lock the Ice box so that this will not be a problem. Thank you all for all you do as a class it is truly a blessing to call you my friends... if their is something you would like for breakfast drink wise that is not being provided please let me know

Today's collection was 85.00$

we would also like some feed back on a idea we had... with our class average running close to 100 we were thinking we maybe able to collect once a month if everyone in class could give 2.00. If you think this is a good Idea please let us know.

First Post

Hey everyone I just thought that I would start a blog about our class to let those who were interested in what is going on with the Breakfast fund know how and were funds go. also I will feature one Family every week so that we can learn a little bit about each other... You will also find the weeks prayer request and up dates that Darren sends out so check back offten!!!!
